01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and lkz8 ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the lkz8 website, mobile app and all services provided by our platform.

By accessing the lkz8 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any of our services, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines we may issue from time to time.

02Account Eligibility

To register and use lkz8 services, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not residing in any jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited.
• Not previously suspended or banned from the lkz8 platform.
• Registering under your own name — accounts opened on behalf of another person are strictly prohibited.

Lkz8 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a user is found not to meet the minimum age requirement, all balances in the account will be forfeited and the account will be closed immediately without any compensation.

03Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Required details include your full name, date of birth, active email address and a valid Malaysian phone number. lkz8 uses this information for identity verification and account security purposes.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory before any withdrawal of funds is processed. Accepted KYC documents include:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back.
• A valid Malaysian passport.
• A recent bank statement (not older than 3 months) as proof of address.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Creating multiple accounts using the same or different information is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

Lkz8 supports a variety of local Malaysia payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account within minutes. The minimum deposit is RM 20, and the maximum limit varies depending on the payment method selected.

The following conditions apply to fund withdrawals:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes for regular members and faster for VIP members.
• For security purposes, funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Lkz8 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for additional security review if required.

05Bonuses & Promotions

Lkz8 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and a VIP program. Each bonus has its own terms and wagering requirements (rollover) that must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

General terms applicable to all lkz8 bonuses:

• Each bonus has a validity period clearly stated on the Promotions.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and hold no cash value unless otherwise stated.
• Lkz8 reserves the right to void bonuses if there is evidence of abuse, fraud or system exploitation.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per user, household, IP address or device.
• Using bonus funds in games excluded from rollover requirements may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated wins.

Lkz8 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion without prior notice. lkz8's decision regarding any bonus dispute is final and binding.

06Game Rules

All games available on the lkz8 platform use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fairness in every round. Results displayed by the lkz8 system are final unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.

In the event of technical disruptions, connectivity issues, or system failures during gameplay:

• Wagers processed before any interruption are considered valid and will not be voided.
• If a game cannot be completed due to a disruption on lkz8's end, the bet will be fully refunded.
• Lkz8 is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connection disruptions on the user's end.

For Live Casino games, additional rules set by the live casino studio provider also apply. Live dealer results are final under all normal circumstances.

07Player Conduct & Responsibilities

All lkz8 members are required to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner while using the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disciplinary action:

• Using automation software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party tools to play.
• Colluding with other players to exploit games or the bonus system.
• Using stolen or unauthorized credit card or bank account details to make deposits.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the operations of the lkz8 platform.
• Transferring funds between accounts or allowing others to use your account.

Lkz8 monitors all platform activity on a continuous basis. Any suspicious behaviour will be investigated and appropriate action taken, including account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

08Account Closure & Suspension

Lkz8 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to breaches of these terms, fraudulent activity or requests from lawful authorities.

Members may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the lkz8 support team. In cases of voluntary closure, any valid balance (after deducting bonuses with unmet wagering requirements) will be refunded via the original payment method used.

09Liability Limits

Lkz8 provides its services "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, lkz8 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of using the platform.
• Service disruptions, data inaccuracies, or technical errors that occur beyond our control.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the platform.
• Actions of third parties, including payment service providers or game studios.

Lkz8's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Data Protection & Privacy

Lkz8 takes the protection of all members' personal data seriously. All information collected is processed in accordance with Privacy Policy in detail. In summary, lkz8 collects and uses your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account management and identity verification.
• Secure processing of financial transactions.
